We’re excited to host our first Christmas Market at BOSC
We’re starting the planning early at The Pavilion for what we want to be the best Holiday’s possible.
On Sunday 15th December 1100-1600 we’ll be hosting our first ever Christmas Market.
With all pitches for vendors absolutely FREE! We really want to champion the best of local produce so be sure to book your slot in plenty of time if you’re a local business wanting to sell your wares!
FAQs
Is the market inside or outside?
The market will be held outside, we aim to hold the market on the green area near our patio and along the pathway and patio area itself. If the weather is bad, we may move the market into our function room – however, we are not offering inside spaces.
Do I need my own table?
Yes, you need to bring our own set up, table, gazebo, stand, stall, trailer – however, you must fit into the space you have booked with maximum space being 3×3.
Is it free?
The pitch fee for 2024 is absolutely free!
Do I need liability insurance?
Yes, you need to provide an in date liability insurance that is in date and valid on the date of the market. We will refuse entry without this. This is to protect the many visitors and guests we plan on the day.
